Google Images recently introduced support for adding image license structured data. You can easily leverage that using this new free Image Licensing Schema plugin by Jean-Baptiste Audras. Besides configuring general image licensing for the whole website, you can also set a different one for specific images. Won’t be surprised if a similar feature is soon added to top SEO plugins for WordPress.
