  • Product Updates… LiferLMS has added cloud importer, and now you can directly import free course templates for a quick head start. Gravity Forms is launching all-new blocks inspired interface with version 2.5 (video by David Waumsley).
  • Interesting Bits… a whole website dedicated on finding right addons for your Elementor powered website. And this plugin looks cool, Google Doc style commenting within Gutenberg blocks editor for quick user feedback by Multidots team.

  1. Dev Focus… WPGraphQL plugin allows extendable GraphQL schema and API for WordPress websites is now available in the plugins directory. Kinsta has launched APM (Application Monitor Tool) for WordPress users to check details of PHP processes, MySQL database queries, HTTP calls, and more.
  2. Core Updates… function wp_after_insert_post added to WordPress 5.6 to execute custom code after a post and its terms. The first release candidate for WordPress 5.6 is now available (check WP 5.6 field guide). New Gutenberg 9.4.0 update added support for button widths, icons and font size options.
  3. In the News… should users be notified about plugin’s ownership changes within the dashboard? Keeping the WordPress people guessing, is it Visual Composer page builder plugin up for sale and asking a “big” amount? Also, why headless WordPress was the final choice for Gatsby’s blog!
