- ChatGPT 404 to Content… is ChatGPT sending traffic to 404 page on your site? Jack Arturo from WP Fusion and his sister, created (Links X) a plugin that auto generate SEO-optimized content for 404 URLs. LLM URL Solution (GitHub) will extract path elements, search posts, pages, and SEO keywords for relevant fragments, and then using ChatGPT or Claude, will generate a new landing page in real time.
- Auto Archive Woo Orders… Vishal Kothari from Tyche Softwares has launched the Flexi Archiver online tool. It allows you to auto archive old WooCommerce orders and speed up your store. The archived data is stored on their cloud and is still visible to shoppers in their ‘My Account’ section.
- New Woo Plugins Shop… Rynaldo Stoltz, who has worked at Automattic for nine years in the team behind WooCommerce, WordPress, and Jetpack, has launched (LinkedIn) the Orca WP Plugins, featuring a collection of premium Woo extensions.
- EDD Payments Feature… Easy Digital Downloads Recurring Payments has introduced new no-login, one-click payment update feature, which enables customers to quickly and securely update their payment information, preventing lost revenue from expired cards or payment failures.
Plugins in Focus: Sliderberg & ChatGPT Embeds
New Sliderberg… Imtiaz Rayhan shared about the launch of a new slider block plugin called Sliderberg, enabling you to create a slider/carousel with any type of content like text, images, logos, products, blog posts, testimonials, and promotions.
ChatGPT Embeds… Joe Youngblood has launched the ChatGPT Embeds plugin, client exclusive only. This enables you to display automated blog post summaries on your WordPress website, which is embeddable in WPBakery, Elementor, Block Editor or through a shortcode.
New Features: Translation SEO & Optimization
WPML SEO… 2.2.0v has introduced an option to control meta title and description length. During automatic translation, WPML ensures that translated meta titles and descriptions stay within the recommended length for each language.
Early Hints Feature… Perfmatters 2.4.6v has introduced a new advanced preload option to enable Cloudflare Early Hints that preloads, along with controls to limit which file types will have early hint link headers sent.

- WordPress 6.8.2 Release… mainly focused on bugfixes, WordPress 6.8.2 RC1 will be available on July 8, 2025. The final release of WordPress 6.8.2 is scheduled for July 15, 2025. Keep an eye!
- WordPress on TikTok… thanks to Michelle Frechette (Links X) and Darian Lusk, WordPress has made a debut on the TikTok platform. Matt Mullenweg posted a welcome video and more in the future.
- Woo Blueprint Import & Export… settings import/export with Blueprints for WooCommerce is being worked upon. Here is an opportunity to share your feedback for implementing and fine tuning this feature.
- SQLite driver for WordPress… the new SQLite driver is now available in the SQLite Database Integration plugin, which powers the WordPress Playground website. “The new SQLite driver translates MySQL queries into SQLite statements and emulates MySQL behavior using a robust new approach”.
- No WP Security Updates… the WordPress Security Team will stop providing security updates for WordPress versions 4.1 – 4.6 in July 2025. As of June 2025, there are less than 1% of websites that are running on WordPress 4.1 – 4.6 versions.
- WP Milestones… workflow automation plugin, Bit Flows, has crossed the 1,000 active installs milestone in the repository. Shamim Hasan from CodePopular shared that the MaxUploader plugin, used to increase media upload file size, has crossed an impressive 100,000+ active installs milestone.
Updates: WP Activity Log, Formidable Forms, File Manager
WP Activity Log… 5.4.0v has added integrations for many plugins and platforms. Now it supports various other products like RankMath, Termly, WP Umbrella, ManageWP, Modular DS, InfiniteWP, and more.
